Personal learning program
A series of carefully designed training programs are made for new hires to enable them to become familiar with and embrace company information. Immediate assistance is available at any time to cut their orientation period.
New hire training
The training programs for new hires are aimed at getting them to learn about the company organization, environment, policies and SOPs as well as minimizing the time required for orientation with every necessary assistance.
Coaching system
Employees newly onboard will be accompanied by a coach assigned by the unit head. Being familiar with company culture and environment and having good knowledge about a given unit’s specialties, he/she is to help the new hires adapt to the working environment in the shortest period of time.
Safety training
Safety is fundamental to every employee of ProPowertek. The latter prioritizes labor safety and information security and mandates employees abide by regulations and specifications. Relevant training programs are provided by the company to help employees embrace and ensure both personal and company safety.
